Organizing Information

I like to save my photos, music, documents, videos, etc. In separate folders. Doing this helps me keep organized, and makes the set up of the computer look more professional. I like to keep the set up of the folders on my desktop together. In other words, I like clicking one folder, that opens up a selection of a lot more folders. This process is called hierarchical system. 

Tagging: Is a term to describe the marking, saving and archiving of certain websites. for example : Tagging a picture on Facebook.com

Social Bookmarking: Is a method for Internet users to share, organize, search, and manage bookmarks of web resources. 

These two things are important to the digital age because when using any kind of technology . now a days, its important to list the people your sharing and publicizing.

While consumer PC sales have dropped 8%, Microsoft's profits rose up to 31%. The company's sales were once between 13%  & $16.4. Window's sales then dropped 4%. and the earning from that division; sandk 10% by March 31st.
Investors fear that Microsoft does not have a solid sales driver for the PC world. Many people feared this but came to the conclusion that other products that are being sold, wont get in the way with the extreme drops in percentages.

Blackberry Confusion

The Anti deficiency Act, was passed by Congress discussing the affect that the "last act" can have over the blackberry confusion. The last "last act" happened in 1995, when the Palm Pilot was the most advanced. The deficiency act is now on the search for how it applies to computers and BlackBerrys. The agency is determining who qualifies as an "excepted" employee. While other parts of the government are determining whether or not they should just take the device away all together, 

Podcast

1.I think a podcast is a digital file, available on the Internet for downloading a portable media player, computer, etc.
2.People make podcasts to promote a product, and discuss interests with fellow bloggers.
3.I haven't had any experience using podcast, but It seems pretty cool and I would love to give it a try.
4.Some tools that can be used to make a podcast is Software, Hardware, Audio, Recording, etc.
5.A cool, challenging topic that I would like to make a podcast on beauty tips. For example : Hair products, Makeup etc.

Twitter has come up with a tool, that makes it easier to follow people.
The new tool lets you suggest accounts, and tweet about any topic.
To do so you have to click on the "people tab." Which will let you see people
and their tweets. Polls have been taking, and because of such great additions to the site.
Twitter.com is becoming the new Facebook.

Spring Break Plans

I'm hoping the weather will be nice, and I plan on chilling with my friends. I also hope that I can see my friends in P.A that I haven't seen in years. Spring break will be the stuff this year!

Tech Article

Twitter suspends an account for mimicking Apple's CEO Steve Jobs. The account had more than 450,000 followers. The account was then shut down, but by Wednesday afternoon he was back up and tweeting. Researchers figured that the only way avoid impersonation, of any account should be made clear, and that the creator of the account is not actually the real person.
