Blackberry Confusion

The Anti deficiency Act, was passed by Congress discussing the affect that the "last act" can have over the blackberry confusion. The last "last act" happened in 1995, when the Palm Pilot was the most advanced. The deficiency act is now on the search for how it applies to computers and BlackBerrys. The agency is determining who qualifies as an "excepted" employee. While other parts of the government are determining whether or not they should just take the device away all together,
